The pricing below is broken up into different schedules based on the institution type. What is listed below is the most common types of products ordered.   1. Site Licenses are issued in two-year increments and can be pro-rated for additional months. A site license is valid for all buildings residing at the same physical address of the licensed site. Internet based licenses give the users the most current updated feature set once it is available. EPC Technical support for home users and digital software downloads are not included with site license purchases.
    **Internet site licenses are valid for students attending the same school at the same physical street address. Internet site licenses are valid for the stated number of transferrable user licenses (i.e. 300 transferrable: this means that 1000 students could be created throughout the year, but no more than 300 at the same time). Attention College/Adult users: A license is not required if students are purchasing their own textbook/ access code package or online access code.
  2. Discounts apply to the license only. Renewal discounts apply when your site license is renewed before its expiration date AND renewal is for 2+ years. District discount applies when there are four (4) or more licenses purchased within the same school district.
  3. Textbook/Access code package: The textbook/access code package may only be used by a single student and cannot be re-sold. Access codes are valid for a single use by a single student(access codes cannot be re-used). No textbooks are needed when using the screen based version, only an access code.
  4. **Extra Value: All access codes allow the installation of a downloadable software copy to allow students to continue practicing their skill after their lass has ended and the online version is no longer available. This may be very helpful in future preparation for a job placement test.
