Ordering Terms
- Public educational and non-profit organizations can qualify for special pricing with credit terms of Net 30.
- Private schools may be given Prepaid status or asked for credit references.
- Volume orders have six months to return overstock.
- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- Standard shipment is by UPS ground.
Book Return Policy
- Books must be in the original, unopened shrink-wrap.
- No permission is needed for overstock returns within 120 days of invoice date. Call/fax a request on returns past this date.
- All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- We do not accept any opened book returns under any circumstances.
